Shipment:

Shipments to EU member states only.
Orders are shipped upon receipt of payment unless we run out of stock, in which case we'll inform you of the extended delivery time.
Poster reels have a maximum diameter of 8 cm and length of 71 cm. Books are shipped in a protective cardboard wrapping.

Transport:

Relay Mondial delivers our parcels to customers in Belgium, Luxemburg, Germany, The Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, Austria and Spain.
BPost ships to all remaining EU member states. To lower postal rates, shipments to these remaining EU member states is done without tracking system.
In case of doubt or questions: fill out our contact form and we will try to help you as soon as possible.

Not happy?

Fill out our contact form briefly explaining what went wrong. If the goods arrived damaged, please return your parcel within 7 days upon receipt. Use the postal address mentioned on the parcel. Return transport is at own expense. Careful, insufficiently stamped dispatches are not reimbursed.

Liability:

We are not liable for delays, theft or damage during transport by any postal service, nor can you hold us accountable for erroneously mentioned postal addresses in your order.
